Do you know what love is?
Like a pray for me to say
While I’m standing all alone
Like the note I never wrote
Saying what was really wrong
Like the way I always stay
In the corner nearby
When my chest just wouldn’t rest
When I’m telling him a lie
Like the time I said it’s fine
And he knew it wasn’t true
I defend my own pretend
When I think of someone new
And you know what love is
Like the night you see so bright
When you know she’s next to you
And you heal from what you feel
Like the love I never knew
*picture not taken by me
Not enough space
To place your soul into
Doesn’t leave a trace
To chase
Your sins
They are painted clouds
You find them under my bed
My head
My dreams
You found yourself
In them
It seems

This is Henry.
He is a crocodile and his only possessions are his pirate hat, a pair of old woolen trousers and a boat that he sometimes refers to as Sylvia.
He’s commited to the challenge of his life – Henry will never leave the empty vastness of the sea, nor abandon Sylvia’s sweet shelter, until he finds a magical earing.
Henry had once heard of this magical earing, made out of paper, that could take you to your soulmate. But the earing was lost somewhere in the sea and noone knew where it was.
You would think ‘How could I possibly find this earing, if it’s not only made out of paper and the winds can blow it away, but it’s also lost in the sea, where the unwelcoming deep water can tear it apart?’
That’s not what Henry thought. He was sure it was somewhere and he knew he was right.
What he didn’t know was that the earing was deeply hidden in his pocket.
Henry spent his lifetime searching for the one thing that he didn’t know he owned. His hope never died.
And he never found it.
Radiohead’s new album is out. I like it. It’s definately not the best we’ve heard, but still. Very good release.
Separator, Codex and Lotus Flower are my favourites.
Click here to listen to the whole album on YouTube.
And if you are interested in MY interests… take a look at the Lotus Flower video. Inspiring. (:
Thank you once again Radiohead.
James Blake. I Never Learnt to Share. My obssession with this song hurts my soul to its profound levels. And yet I can’t stop listening to it.
